<p>A lovely large and airy riverside studio space with wooden floor, high ceilings and three large glass doors that open onto a large balcony over the River Colne.&nbsp;</p>



<p>With a wall hatch through to a compact kitchen next door for teas and coffees and a ceiling mounted projector, the space is great for many uses. It can be dimmed to blackout and has some modest theatre lighting and a small sound system installed.</p>



<p>Situated on the ground floor of the Watershed with no-step access, it has 2 accessible toilets nearby and an audio loop in the space.</p>



<p><strong>Size:</strong> approx 84 m2 &#8211; suitable for maybe 50-60 people seated</p>
