I was supported to learn to use a different sequencing software from what I’m used to in more detail, which is a programme I have struggled with in the past. The teacher made it easier to understand and supported me to start working out how to use its different features.

After a singing session it makes my whole body more relaxed and fulfilled. Excellent for both health and wellbeing.

We love what they offer at The watershed with their HAF programmes. They have given the children something meaningful and fun to do in the otherwise very long summer holidays. The subjects and activities they organise are well thought out and great fun.

The watershed is a wonderful place for everyone. My child loves the variety of offers and the warmth of the coaches and activity leaders. He feels welcome and accepted, he learns and has fun at the same time. He grows in confidence with every workshop and makes new friends. I personally see the watershed workshops for young people as very well organised and wholesome. No pressure, just fun and creative freedom. A safe place for children to grow creatively and make friends.

The Watershed is such an important part of the Colne Valley and provides us and our children with cultural experiences that they cannot get anywhere else locally. We have seen how much this has benefitted our children and given them creative experiences and skills that they cannot get anywhere else locally.

The Watershed has been an amazing venue, with extremely welcoming staff and varied workshops. I love the mixture of drama and music there which offers so many opportunities. The Sonar Sessions are always popular too as it is live music without it being too overwhelming.

I’ve loved discovering new music acts, they have all been really good. All different and enjoyable. Good venue and lots of variety.

My general confidence has improved significantly which allows me to take pride in my music, especially when performing. This is among other things, like gaining a better understanding of how the music industry works.

It has been a really enjoyable evening and the time passes very quickly which indicates how enjoyable it was. I felt very relaxed and at ease when making the music, and it was nice to have time to focus my mind on something and spend time doing something I enjoy. It helped me to feel at peace and relax. It was also nice to meet other people in the group and hear about how the project has benefited them.

I can’t thank you enough for organising last night’s event, and words cannot express how much it meant to me, after years in what seemed an isolated wilderness. I felt warmly accepted, appreciated and valued by everyone, and found the group to be talented and delightfully eclectic. I can’t wait for the next one

My child has absolutely thrived at these sessions, with a very limited diet at home, she pushed herself and attend the cooking week as she knew the team from previous sessions. She has embraced the new challenge, made a new friend, and tried new foods. She has actually looked forward to the sessions without anxiety prior to attending, and the teams’ holistic inclusive approach for all the young people attending is nothing short of brilliant! Thank you so much, you cannot understand how much my daughter fully enjoying these sessions as meant to us as a family.

My child loved the social element, the fact that you were sharing food together and the creative challenge. My child was learning new creative skills that she doesn’t get the opportunity to do at school.
